Our story

1996
NewAge began in the Middle East, delivering technology where failure isn’t an option: e-government systems, healthcare, banks, large commercial malls and internet-provider networks.
2007
We were early to virtualization, building Citrix and VMware solutions alongside business communication systems: phones, networks and the links between sites.
2013
We founded the NewAge Academy in Egypt, training people from NGOs and the community in IT, computer skills and CAD design.
2021
We brought that experience to the United States as NACIT, based in Skokie, Illinois. Today we design, build and support the whole picture: hardware and software, networks, phones, cameras, storage and automation — and we stay to run it.

Our name and mark

NACIT stands for NewAge Communications and Information Technology. Our mark spells “NA” for NewAge, and its colors stand for the wide range of what we do.

Abbas Tuliemat

Founder, CEO and Technology Architect

Abbas founded NewAge in 1996 and has spent 30 years designing and running technology for governments, banks, hospitals, shopping malls and internet providers. He has built virtualized and high-availability systems since 2007, founded the NewAge Academy in 2013, and today leads every NACIT design personally — from networks and storage clusters to phone systems and private AI.

Amr Tuliemat

Technology Manager

Amr holds a Master’s in Health Information Systems and leads our healthcare data integration work — connecting EMR, lab and billing systems so information moves safely and on its own.

Malek Atassi

Sales Director

Malek has more than 25 years in technology sales and solutions, from ERP and IT infrastructure to high-security authentication and telecom networks. He helps businesses match the right technology to real business problems, and builds client relationships that last.

Adnan Jaafar

Help Desk Manager

Adnan brings more than 25 years of IT engineering, help desk leadership and Microsoft 365 administration. He has run IT operations and cloud environments for more than 250 organizations across several regions. Today he leads our support team and keeps every client’s systems secure, reliable and running smoothly.

Giving back

Through the Syrian American Engineers Association (SAEA), we delivered advanced training in infrastructure and high-availability systems at Homs University for professional IT managers and education staff, and served as consultants on the university’s infrastructure and education challenges.
