Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy explains how NewAge iTech Solutions, Inc. ("NACIT", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information through our website, nacit.us, and when we talk with you about our services. Our work for clients is also governed by each client's Master Services Agreement ("MSA"). Where that agreement says something different about client data, the agreement applies.
1. Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, number of employees, the service you are interested in and your message, when you use our contact form, email us, call us or apply for a job.
- Text-message consent: if you tick the optional text-message box on our website, we record that you agreed, the date and time, your IP address and the exact consent wording you saw. If you opt in on a signed onboarding form instead (clients and staff), we keep that signed form.
- Job applications: the resume and details you send to careers@nacit.us.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when, recorded in our server logs.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not buy personal information from other sources.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange your free IT assessment.
- To provide, support and bill our services.
- To send service and security notices, and the text messages you agreed to receive.
- To keep our website and systems secure and to block spam and abuse.
- To review job applications.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
3. Health information (HIPAA)
This website is not a channel for patient or health information. Please do not send it through our contact form, by email or by text. Anything sent through this website is not treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) and is not covered by a Business Associate Agreement.
For our healthcare clients, PHI is handled only under their MSA and Business Associate Agreement (BAA), never under this website policy.
Please also do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive personal details through our website.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to: replies about your inquiry, support updates and system alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text-message delivery provider handles your number only to deliver our messages.
Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms.
5. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we collect visitor statistics, we use cookieless tools hosted on our own servers. See our Cookie Notice.
We do not track visitors across other websites, so there is nothing for a browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. Every visitor is treated the same way.
6. We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other US state privacy laws. We have not done so in the past 12 months.
7. Who we share it with
Our website, customer records, helpdesk and email run on our own servers. We share personal information only:
- with service providers who help us run our business, such as text-message delivery, under confidentiality obligations and only for the work they do for us;
- with a security service based in the European Union that helps us block attacks on our network, limited to the IP addresses of blocked attacks and the type of attack;
- with our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants;
- when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of NACIT, our clients or others;
- as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, under the same protections as this policy.
8. How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Website inquiries | In our customer records for as long as needed to follow up and keep business records, unless you ask us to delete them |
| Text-message consent records | As long as you are opted in, plus 4 years as proof of consent |
| Job applications | 1 year after the position is filled, unless you ask us to delete them sooner |
| Server logs | Up to 90 days. Records of blocked attacks up to 1 year. Longer only while investigating a security incident |
| Client data | As set in each client's MSA |
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable security measures to protect personal information, including limited staff access, encrypted connections, firewalls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so please send only what we need to help you.
10. If a data breach happens
If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you, and the Illinois Attorney General where required, as set out in the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (815 ILCS 530) and other applicable state breach-notification laws.
Where we hold data on behalf of a client, we notify that client as the law and their MSA require.
11. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information, unless we must keep it by law or for an active client agreement;
- stop text messages (reply STOP) or other messages from us.
Send requests to privacy@nacit.us or call (773) 377-4870. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take up to 45 more days. If you disagree with our answer, reply to it and a manager will review it.
We will not treat you differently for making a request.
12. Children's privacy
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults over 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly at the top of this page.
